Who we are

Polipop is the agency providing services necessary for successful leaders. Polipop is covering a wide range of diverse topics and tendencies in our societies and its research method provides the tools for promotion of tailored programs on both traditional and social media.

Our primary goal is to bring the state to its owners – to people with all of its sub-groups. State with all its divided and decentralized powers and competences is ownership of all of us and should be our precious tool to achieve our individual and collective goals. Polipop is providing a way for leaders who share that vision to recognize and communicate each other in order to transform such a vision in reality.

Poli comes from the Greek word Polis, which literally means city and signifies the birthplace of politics. Aristotle called the city a political association, the center of public life. We in Polipop understand politics in the widest possible sense – as not only a set of steps directed towards seizing positions in legislative or executive bodies and performing related activities until next elections. We see politics everywhere – in leading or managing literally every group of individuals: small or medium enterprise, corporation, public company, non-governmental organization, fun club, informal group of citizens…and yes, political party or coalition as well.

Pop comes from Pop-culture, which today includes not only modern art, but also wide geo-political, geo-economical and geo-cultural trends, which decisively influence lives of literally all individuals and societies. In the époque of social media, two things are almost impossible:

  • To act as a completely independent participant, uninterested in others’ preferences, attitudes, tastes, beliefs and interests;

  • To operate solely in the field of politics or economy while neglecting the cultural trends that decisively define individuals in our environment.

What politics and pop-culture have in common is that they surround us as omnipresent elements in our lives. More than ever in history, we all contribute, on a daily basis, to the ever-growing specter of trends and tendencies in our societies. Everything we do in our private and professional lives, everything we look at and post online, speaks volumes about our cultural and political preferences. Polipop is aware on these decisive features of our social environment, so it is helping to leaders in all fields to find their way to success in such environment.

Philosophy of the Polipop Method

Created by Tijana Arih, Polipop research methodology is designed through experience and led by the belief that setting the higher goals are precondition for the success. The Polipop Method aims to help researchers in getting to know the person(s) they are researching and to understand the reasons behind a person’s/persons’ thoughts, decisions, choices and preferences.

The Polipop Method provides a window into the individual. Trough individuals, it provides a window into the groups and societies. It gives us the ability to deeply understand persons - how they perceive themselves, how other people in their environment perceive them, what inspires them and with which problems they are facing.

The Polipop Method centers on the person – both on the political, economic or cultural leader and on their target group. It provides deep insight into the leader’s qualities and their shortcomings. It paints a picture that shows which points of the program and message(s) are important to focus on and explains the reasons why they are important. It also provides the tone and style of the messages and content suitable for each leader and acceptable for each target group. That way, we are helping leaders to be comfortable and efficient in delivering their messages to their target groups.
